Avril Lavigne - Goodbye Music Video and Lyrics

Avril Lavigne has certainly come a long way from her Sk8r girl roots. In the recently released video for “Goodbye,” she embraces her feminine, racier side.

Avril Lavigne Goodbye Music Video Pictures

Directed by Mark Liddell, the video sees Avril getting ready for a romantic rendezvous that never happens.

She struts her stuff like a supermodel in lingerie, corsets and bath towels, while also rocking a fierce curly blonde wig and vampish makeup.

The video, as she mentions in its introduction, is a thank-you to all the fans who have supported her throughout her career, and especially on her most recent tour.

Avril Lavigne “Goodbye” Lyrics

Goodbye
Goodbye
Goodbye, my love

I can't hide
Can't hide
Can't hide what has come.
I have to go, I have to go, I have to go
And leave you alone

But always know, always know, always know
That I love you so
I love you so
I love you so
Oh

[chorus]
Goodbye, brown eyes
Goodbye for now
Goodbye, sunshine
Take care of yourself

I have to go, I have to go, I have to go
And leave you alone
But always know, always know, always know
That I love you so, I love you so, oh.
I love you so.
Oh.

La lullaby. Distract me with your eyes.
La lullaby. la lullaby. Help me sleep tonight.
La lullaby (la lullaby, la lullaby)
I have to go
I have to go
I have to go
And leave you alone

But always know, always know, always know
That I love you so
I love you so
(Goodbye)
(Lullaby)
I love you so
(Goodbye)
(Lullaby)
I love you so
(Goodbye)
(Lullaby)
I love you so
(Goodbye)
(Lullaby)
I love you so
I love you so

Goodbye, brown eyes
Goodbye my love

Jennifer Hudson - “Think Like a Man” Video and Lyrics

Jennifer Hudson is back and she's hotter than ever. The diva, who appears to be more relaxed and in better shape than ever, has just released a brand new video for “Think Like a Man,” her latest single.

Jennifer Hudson - “Think Like a Man”

The track is a collaboration with Ne-Yo and Rick Ross, and is the lead off the soundtrack for the film of the same name, based on Steve Harvey's best-selling book.

The video stars Kevin Hart, who also appears in the film, and Ne-Yo as Jennifer's two suitors. Nothing groundbreaking, but it definitely drives the message home.

Unlike previous releases, this one sees Jennifer move around a bit more, which could mean she's ready to step out of her comfort zone and try new things – not entire dance routines, but enough moves to show she's giving it all.

Jennifer Hudson's Think Like A Man song Lyrics

You gotta act like a woman
And think like a a man

[Jennifer Hudson]
Why you call me your dream bed
And foolish of me I believe that
You said every king needs his queen babe
That’s why you needed me baby
Right in between lost and love
You go and mess things up
Now there’s no we babe
There’s just you and there’s me baby

There was us, there was trust
There was happen and change, I know
Silly you, silly me, silly us, what i’ve wait

[Chorus]
But in love, love, love
You gotta act like a woman and think like a man
But in love, love, love
You gotta act like a woman and think like a man

[Ne-Yo]
Now I’m gonna keep it realer with you now that I ever been
Wish we would never been, girl we was better friends
You didn’t had to tell me, what went right and when
Um why I didn’t need it,
Cause you wasn’t my girlfriend, we had a good thing
You were a combining hitting, ooh give me that good thang
Then after we were finished,
You go your way, I go my way, it was whatever
Tell me what ever happens
Think this wanna gonna be better
And now i’m telling you lies,
All because I hate to see the tears in your eyes
Of course I want my cake, and needed too, i’m a guy

And of course, you don’t understand,
But you would if you thought like a man in love

[Chorus]
But in love, love, love
You gotta act like a woman and think like a man
But in love, love, love
You gotta act like a woman and think like a man

[Rick Ross]
Time cost money and it’s so expensive
Versace, lenny got these women blowing kisses
Leaning on my auto, she’s so photogenic
Can I take a picture, she’s my mona lisa
Living like a princess in a fairy tale
You know them people up in barney show and tell
Bentley black and not a ninja see no poney tail
5 karat yellow diamond you don’t know me well
Penthouse, set the drunks, it don’t call and sell
She called the night at twom I had to call the cab
You don’t understand it’s altitude i’m balling at
I’m at the game on the wood where the owner at

[Bridge]
Soldiers from ’bout the same,
Boy you tell me everything
Yeah you show me how you think,
You’re the only one to blame
It’s such a shame,
Yeah should lost the game you tell me how to play

[Chorus]
In love, love, love
You gotta act like a woman, and think like a man
But in love, love, love

Love is great, love is fine

The affliction of the feeling leaves me wanting more.

Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it
Stickss and stones may break my bones,
But chains and whips excite me.

Zangalewa Song Original Video and Lyrics

"Zamina" or “Zangaléwa” is a 1986 hit song, originally sung by a makossa group from Cameroon called Golden Sounds who were beloved throughout the continent for their silly dances and costumes. The song was such a hit for Golden Sounds that they eventually changed their name to Zangaléwa, too.The song pays tribute to African skirmishers (a.k.a tirailleurs) during WW2. Most of the band members were in the Cameroonian Army themselves and used make up, fake belly and fake butt for comic relief.

The song is still used today almost everywhere in Africa by soldiers, policemen, boy scouts, sportsmen and their supporters, usually during training or for rallying. It is also widely used in schools throughout the continent especially in Cameroon as a marching song and almost everyone in the country knows the chorus of the song by heart.

The men in the group often dressed in military uniforms, wearing pith helmets and stuffing their clothes with pillows to appear like they had a swollen butts from riding the train and fat stomachs from eating too much. The song, music historians say, is a criticism of black military officers who were in league with whites to oppress their own people. Or at least, some of it was. Some of it, as far as we can surmise, is gibberish.

Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) by Shakira Song Lyrics

You’re a good soldier
Choosing your battles
Pick yourself up
And dust yourself off
Get back in the saddle
You’re on the front line
Everyone’s watching
You know it’s serious
We’re getting closer
This isn’t over

The pressure’s on; you feel it
But you got it all; believe it
When you fall, get up, oh oh
And if you fall, get up, eh eh
Tsamina mina zangalewa
Cause this is Africa
Tsamina mina eh eh
Waka waka eh eh
Tsamina mina zangalewa
This time for Africa

Listen to your god; this is our motto
Your time to shine
Don’t wait in line
Y vamos por todo
People are raising their expectations
Go on and feel it
This is your moment
No hesitation

Today’s your day
I feel it
You paved the way,
Believe it
If you get down
Get up oh, oh
When you get down,
Get up eh, eh

Tsamina mina zangalewa
This time for Africa
Tsamina mina eh eh
Waka waka eh eh
Tsamina mina zangalewa
Anawa aa
Tsamina mina eh eh
Waka waka eh eh
Tsamina mina zangalewa

Taylor Swift - Today Was a Fairytale Song Video

Taylor Swift - Today Was a Fairytale Song Lyrics
Today was a fairy tale
You were the prince
I used to be a damsel in distress
You took me by the hand
And you picked me up at six
Today was a fairy tale
Today was a fairy tale

Today was a fairy tale
I wore a dress
You wore a dark gray t-shirt
You told me I was pretty when I looked like a mess
Today was a fairy tale
Time slows down
Whenever you're around

Can you feel this Magic in the air?
It must've been the way you kissEd me
Fell in love when I saw you standin' there
It must've been the way
Today was a fairy tale
It must've been the way
Today was a fairy tale

Today was a fairy tale
You've got a smile
That takes me to another planet
Every move you make
Every thing you say is right
Today was a fairy tale

Today was a fairy tale
All that I could say is now it's Getting so much clearer
Nothing made sense til the time I saw your face
Today was a fairy tale
Time slows down
Whenever you're around-Yeah

Can you feel this magic in the air?
It must've been the way you kissed me
Fell in love when I saw you standin' there
It must've been the way
Today was a fairy tale
It must've been the way
Today was a fairy tale

Time slows down
Whenever you're around
I can feel my heart
It's beating in my chest
Did you feel it
I can't put this down

Can you feel this magic in the air?
It must've been the way you kissed me
Fell in love when I saw you standin' there
It must've been the way

Can you feel this magic in the air?
It must've been the way you kissed me
Fell in love when I saw you standin' there
It must've been the way
Today was a fairy tale
It must've been the way
Today was a fairy tale

Oh Oh Ooh Yeah oh
Today was a fairy tale

Taylor Swift - You Belong With Me Song Lyrics

You're on the phone with your girlfriend, She's upset
She's going off about something that you said
She doesnt get your humour like I do

I'm in the room, its a typical Tuesday night
I'm listening to the kind of music she doesnt like
And she'll never know your story like I do

But she wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts
She's cheer captain and I'm on the bleachers
Dreaming bout the day when you'll wake up and find
That what you're lookin for has been here the whole time

If you could see that I'm the one who understands you
Been here all along so why can't you see?
You belong with me
You belong with me

Walkin the streets with you in your worn out jeans
I cant help thinking this is how it ought to be
Laughing on the park bench thinkin to myself
Hey isnt this easy?

And you've got a smile that could light up this whole town
I havent seen it in awhile, since she brought you down
You say you find I know you better than that
Hey, Whatcha doing with a girl like that?

She wears high heels, I wear sneakers
She's cheer captain and I'm on the bleachers
Dreaming bout the day when you'll wake up and find
That what you're looking for has been here the whole time

If you could see that I'm the one who understands you
Been here all along so why can't you see?
You belong with me

Standin by, waiting at your back door
All this time how could you not know, baby?
You belong with me
You belong with me

Oh I remember you driving to my house in the middle of the night
I'm the one who makes you laugh when you know you're about to cry
I know your favorite songs and you tell me about your dreams
I think I know where you belong. I think I know it's with me.

Can't you see that I'm the one who understand you?
Been here all along so why can't you see?
You belong with me

Standing by or waiting at your back door
All this time how could you not know that
You belong with me
You belong with me

Have you ever thought just maybe
You belong with me
You belong with me

Taylor Swift - White Horse Song Lyrics and HD Video

"White Horse" is the title of a song written by Liz Rose and co-written and recorded by American country singer Taylor Swift. It is the second official single released from her album Fearless. It is the seventh official single release of her career. This song is featured in the fifth season premiere of Grey's Anatomy, "Dream a Little Dream of Me". This track won Best Country Song and Best Female Country Vocal Performance at the 2010 Grammys.
Swift also says, "To me, “White Horse” is about what, in my opinion, is the most heart-breaking part of a break-up – that moment when you realize that all the dreams you had, all those visions you had of being with this person, all that disappears. Everything after that moment is moving on.. But that initial moment of “Wow, it’s over” is what I wrote “White Horse” about.

"White Horse" music video directed by Trey Fanjoy. As the video begins, Swift is leaning against the wall and crying. In a flashback, her boyfriend (Stephen Colletti, of Laguna Beach and One Tree Hill fame) has called her, attempting to make amends and begging for a second chance, but she does not respond. The video then presents the couple in a happy teen-aged relationship.Later, Swift tells a friend (Teah Spears) how wonderful this boy is and that he is the best thing to have happened to her. Her friend does not share the same enthusiasm, explaining "there's something you should know about him." The explanation was that the young man has been in another relationship for years. Swift then walks to her boyfriend's house to see his girlfriend there; she leaves, horrified while he tries to explain and apologize. In the end, the boy asks for another chance. After a quick-zoom montage of the couple's relationship, Swift admits that she still loves him, but denies his request; after hanging up before he can argue, she uncontrollably breaks down.

Taylor Swift - White Horse Song Lyrics
Say you're sorry
that face of an angel comes out
just when you need it to
As I pace
back and forth all this time
cause I honestly believed in you

Holdin' on, the days drag on
Stupid girl, I shoulda known, I shoulda known

That I'm not a princess
This ain't a fairytale
I'm not the the one you sweep off her feet
Lead her up the stairwell
This ain't Hollywood
This is a small town
I was a dreamer before you went and let me down
Now it's too late for you and your white horse
To come around

Maybe I was naive, got lost in your eyes
And never really had a chance
My mistake, I didn't know to be in love
You had to fight to have the upper hand

I had so many dreams about you and me
Happy endings, now I know

That I'm not a princess
This ain't a fairytale
I'm not the the one you sweep off her feet
Lead her up the stairwell
This ain't Hollywood
This is a small town
I was a dreamer before you went and let me down
Now it's too late for you and your white horse
To come around

And there you are on your knees
Beggin' for forgiveness, beggin' for me
Just like I always wanted
But I'm so sorry

Cause I'm not your princess
This ain't a fairytale
I'm gonna find someone someday, who might actually treat me well
This is a big world, that was a small town
There in my rear-view mirror disappearing now (amazing lyric i know!)
And it's too late for you and your white horse
Now it's too late for you and your white horse
Catch me now

Oh oo oh oo oh oo oh oh oh

Try'n catch me now

Huoh

It's too late, to catch me, now...

Taylor Swift - Should've Said No Music HD Video and Lyrics

"Should've Said No" is a single written and recorded by American country/pop singer Taylor Swift. It is the fifth and final single released from her self-titled debut album. "Should've Said No" has been certified as a platinum single by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The song was performed by Swift and Jonas Brothers on the Burning Up Tour. It is included in the 3D movie of the tour, as well as in the soundtrack to the film.

Swift performed the song at the 2008 Academy of Country Music Awards. The performance began with Swift seated on a chair, wearing a breakaway hooded sweatshirt and jeans, playing and singing the first verse as a solo before being joined by the band on the chorus. The performance gained some notoriety due to its last chorus in which Swift, by this time stripped off the breakaway clothes to reveal a short black dress, stood under an on-stage programmed waterfall, which displayed key words from the song as Swift was drenched beneath it. Footage from this performance has been used as the song's music video.

Taylor Swift - Should've Said No Music HD Video

Taylor Swift - Should've Said No Song Lyrics

It's strange to think the songs we used to sing
The smiles, the flowers, everything: is gone
Yesterday I found out about you
Even now just looking at you: feels wrong
You say that you'd take it all back, given one chance
It was a moment of weakness and you said yes...

[Chorus:]

You should've said no, you should've gone home
You should've thought twice before you let it all go
You should've know that word, bout what you did with her
Would get back to me...
And I should've been there, in the back of your mind
I shouldn't be asking myself why
You shouldn't be begging for forgiveness at my feet...
You should've said no, baby and you might still have me

You can see that I've been crying
And baby you know all the right things: to say
But do you honestly expect me to believe
We could ever be the same...
You say that the past is the past, you need one chance
It was a moment of weakness and you said yes...

[Repeat Chorus]

I can't resist... before you go, tell me this
Was it worth it...
Was she worth this...

No... no no no...

[Repeat Chorus]

Taylor Swift - Picture to Burn Song Lyrics

State the obvious, I didn't get my perfect fantasy
I realize you love yourself more than you could ever love me
So go and tell your friends that I'm obsessive and crazy
That's fine; I'll tell mine you're gay
And by the way...

[Chorus:]

I hate that stupid old pickup truck
You never let me drive
You're a redneck heartbreak
Who's really bad at lying
So watch me strike a match
On all my wasted time
As far as I'm concerned you're
Just another picture to burn

There's no time for tears,
I'm just sitting here planning my revenge
There's nothing stopping me
From going out with all of your best friends
And if you come around saying sorry to me
My daddy's gonna show you how sorry you'll be

[Repeat Chorus]

If you're missing me,
You'd better keep it to yourself
Cause coming back around here
Would be bad for your health...

[Repeat Chorus]

Burn, burn, burn, baby, burn
You're just another picture to burn
Baby, burn...

Taylor Swift - Teardrops on My Guitar Music HD Video and Lyrics

"Teardrops on My Guitar" is the second single by country pop artist Taylor Swift. This work is from Taylor's self titled album, Taylor Swift, following her debut single "Tim McGraw". The song is about a girl who is secretly in love with a boy named Drew, but Drew is interested in another girl. The song talks about the heartbreak of liking someone who is so close but is out of one's reach. Swift also states that it's about the conflicting feelings of loving someone and wanting them to love you back and wanting them to be happy. In a behind the scenes video, Swift reveals that the song was written about a classmate.

The video for "Teardrops on My Guitar" was directed by Trey Fanjoy. It was filmed at Hume-Fogg High School in downtown Nashville. In the video Taylor has fallen in love with her friend Drew (played by Tyler Hilton), but he loves somebody else. For much of the video, Taylor is lying on her bed with her guitar, portraying the teardrops on her guitar at night when she knows she can't have the boy she loves. The video begins with the two at their lockers and Drew telling Swift about a girl he met and that he'll tell her about it later and walks away. Later it shows the two in the library laughing and then being ordered by the librarian to be quiet. Another scene shows Swift in science class, mixing chemicals. Drew surprises her, causing her to add more powder than needed to a liquid, causing it to overflow. Later in the music video, Swift is in the hallway and she sees Drew coming towards her. He passes her and walks over to his girlfriend and they kiss. Swift is heartbroken and cries at the end of the video.

Taylor Swift - Teardrops on My Guitar Song Lyrics

Drew looks at me
I fake a smile so he won't see
What I want and I need
And everything that we should be

I'll bet she's beautiful
That girl he talks about
And she's got everything
That I have to live without

Drew talks to me
I laugh 'cause it's just so funny
I can't even see
Anyone when he's with me

He says he's so in love
He's finally got it right
I wonder if he knows
He's all I think about at night

He's the reason for the teardrops on my guitar
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star
He's the song in the car I keep singing
Don't know why I do

Drew walks by me
Can he tell that I can't breathe?
And there he goes, so perfectly
The kind of flawless I wish I could be

She better hold him tight
Give him all her love
Look in those beautiful eyes
And know she's lucky 'cause

He's the reason for the teardrops on my guitar
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star
He's the song in the car I keep singing
Don't know why I do

So I drive home alone
As I turn out the light
I'll put his picture down
And maybe get some sleep tonight

'Cuz he's the reason for the teardrops on my guitar
The only one who's got enough of me to break my heart
He's the song in the car I keep singing
Don't know why I do

He's the time taken up but there's never enough
And he's all that I need to fall into
Drew looks at me
I fake a smile so he won't see

Taylor Swift - Our Song Lyrics

I was riding shotgun with my hair undone
In the front seat of his car
He's got a one-hand feel on the steering wheel
The other on my heart

I look around, turn the radio down
He says, ?Baby is something wrong??
I say, ?Nothing I was just thinking
How we don't have a song? and he says

Our song is the slamming screen door
Sneakin' out late, tapping on your window
When we're on the phone and you talk real slow
'Cause it's late and your mama don't know

Our song is the way you laugh
The first date man, I didn't kiss her and I should have
And when I got home, 'fore I said amen
Asking God if He could play it again

I was walking up the front porch steps
After everything that day
Had gone all wrong or been trampled on
And lost and thrown away

Got to the hallway, well, on my way
To my lovin' bed
I almost didn't notice all the roses
And the note that said

Our song is the slamming screen door
Sneakin' out late, tapping on your window
When we're on the phone and you talk real slow
'Cause it's late and your mama don't know

Our song is the way you laugh
The first date man, I didn't kiss her and I should have
And when I got home, 'fore I said amen
Asking God if He could play it again

I've heard every album, listened to the radio
Waited for something to come along
That was as good as our song

'Cause our song is the slamming screen door
Sneakin' out late, tapping on his window
When we're on the phone and he talks real slow
'Cause it's late and his mama don't know

Our song is the way he laughs
The first date man, I didn't kiss him and I should have
And when I got home, 'fore I said amen
Asking God if He could play it again
Play it again, oh, yeah, oh, oh, yeah

I was riding shotgun with my hair undone
In the front seat of his car
I grabbed a pen and an old napkin
And I wrote down our song

Taylor Swift - Tim McGraw Music HD Video and Lyrics

"Tim McGraw" is the debut single of American country pop artist Taylor Swift. She was sixteen years old when she debuted with the song, which she co-wrote with Liz Rose. The song tells of Taylor's remembrance of a summer love, and how an un-named song by country music artist Tim McGraw (identified later on as "Can't Tell Me Nothin'" from his Live Like You Were Dying album brings back memories of that love.

Swift has said she wrote the song during math class in high school. The song, she says, is about her and her boyfriend, when he was moving away to go to college, and they would eventually have to break up. Taylor goes on to say, "I started thinking of all the things that reminded me of him."

Taylor Swift - Tim McGraw Song Lyrics

You said the way my blue eyes shined,
Put those Georgia stars to shame that night.
I said: "That's a lie."
Just a boy in a Chevy truck,
That had a tendency of gettin' stuck,
On backroads at night.
An' I was right there beside him all summer long.
An' then the time we woke up to find that summer'd gone.

But when you think: Tim McGraw,
I hope you think my favorite song.
The one we danced to all night long:
The moon like a spotlight on the lake.
When you think happiness,
I hope you think: "That little black dress."
Think of my head on your chest,
An' my old faded blue jeans.
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think of me.

September saw a month of tears,
An' thankin' God that you weren't here,
To see me like that.
But in a box beneath my bed,
Is a letter that you never read,
From three summers back.
It's hard not to find it all a little bitter sweet,
An' lookin' back on all of that, it's nice to believe:

When you think: Tim McGraw,
I hope you think my favorite song.
The one we danced to all night long:
The moon like a spotlight on the lake.
When you think happiness,
I hope you think: "That little black dress."
Think of my head on your chest,
An' my old faded blue jeans.
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think of me.

And I'm back for the first time since then:
I'm standin' on your street,
An' there's a letter left on your doorstep,
An' the first thing that you'll read:

Is: "When you think: Tim McGraw,
"I hope you think my favorite song."
Some day you'll turn your radio on,
I hope it takes you back to that place.
When you think happiness,
I hope you think: "That little black dress."
Think of my head on your chest,
An' my old faded blue jeans.
When you think Tim McGraw,
I hope you think of me.
Oh, think of me,
Mmmm.

You said the way my blue eyes shined,
Put those Georgia stars to shame that night.
I said: "That's a lie."
