Miss Russia 2012, the 20th edition of the pageant, is
scheduled to be held on March 3, 2012. The winner will represent Russia
at Miss World 2012 in Ordos, China in August and Miss Universe pageant later in the year.
Since April of last year, qualifying rounds have been held across Russia
with the participation of more than 30,000 girls. At the end of January
2012, 50 finalists are selected. Their pictures are now on the pageant’s website. The winner will receive the price of 100,000 dollars and a magnificent crown. Final ceremony will telecast on NTV channel on March 8.
